They were looking for a design that was clean, modern and friendly as well as one that positioned themselves as a leader their field.The Food Corridor was established to better connect commercial kitchen spaces and local food businesses. They are leading the way in shared-use kitchen best practice. After observing their kitchens' clients struggle with local department health policy and inadequate licensing options, The Food Corridor set out to explore and report on national policy for shared-use kitchens to help identify best practices and policies in this new and innovative industry.
